Meet Jason, a 33-year-old Belgian educator, digital marketer, and dedicated D-Rep in the Cardano ecosystem. A father of two and a crypto enthusiast since 2017, Jason brings a unique mix of passion, expertise, and community focus to his role. Here’s why he might just be the D-Rep you’ve been looking for:

Q: Jason, can you tell us about your journey into the world of crypto and Cardano?
A: Absolutely! I discovered crypto in 2017 and was instantly fascinated by the potential of blockchain to revolutionize industries and empower people. I took my time exploring different projects, but when I came across Cardano, something clicked. Its scientific approach, focus on sustainability, and commitment to decentralization completely won me over. Since 2023, I’ve been proudly staking with the Cardaspian (CASP) pool, and my love for the ecosystem only continues to grow.

Q: Why did you decide to become a D-Rep, and what sets you apart?
A: Cardano is more than just a blockchain—it's a thriving community. Becoming a D-Rep was my way of giving back to this ecosystem that I believe in so deeply. What sets me apart is my dual background. As an English and History teacher, I’ve honed skills in clear communication and critical thinking. On the other hand, my role as a digital marketer for CASP has given me hands-on experience in driving engagement and crafting strategies within the Cardano community. This combination allows me to represent stakeholders effectively while staying grounded and approachable.

Q: What are your key values and priorities as a D-Rep?
A: Transparency, inclusivity, and growth. I believe in making sure that every stakeholder—regardless of their technical knowledge—has a voice. I prioritize initiatives that strengthen Cardano’s ecosystem, whether it’s improving governance, promoting education, or funding impactful projects. My goal is to bridge the gap between technical teams and everyday ADA holders, ensuring everyone understands the decision-making process and feels confident in their involvement.

Q: How do you manage your responsibilities as a teacher, a marketer, and a D-Rep?
A: It’s definitely a balancing act, but I thrive on staying busy! My teaching career has taught me excellent time management, and I apply those skills to my work for CASP and my D-Rep duties. Having two kids also keeps me motivated—I want to show them the value of commitment and the importance of building a better future.

A: I’m passionate, reliable, and community-driven. I’ve been part of the Cardano journey since its early days, and I understand what makes this ecosystem special. With my background in education and marketing, I can advocate for both the technical and human sides of Cardano.
